Annual Incentive Bonuses
Each year, BeOne employees share in the financial success of the company via the Annual Incentive Bonus Plan.
The BeOne Annual Bonus Plan is a pay-for-performance incentive plan. It rewards eligible employees based on their individual contributions during the performance year, as well as the Company’s business results.
Equity

To recognize the talent and hard work of our people, BeOne offers eligible employees equity in the company.
Equity is typically issued in the form of restricted stock units and eligibility varies on a number of factors that recognize your contributions to BeOne.
Time Check
For eligible employees, equity is granted in June of each year.
